The arrangement
A medspa is a place you drive to. This is a physician who drives to you.
Every consultation and every injection is performed by a licensed physician. It is not delegated to someone else, and it is not supervised from another room.
There is no storefront, no waiting room and no front desk, because there is no building. Appointments are booked one at a time, so a visit runs as long as it needs to rather than to the next slot on a board.
How it works

Consultation
A physician goes through your health history, your medications and what you are actually after, then tells you plainly whether treatment makes sense for you.

The visit
We come to the address and the hour you pick. The injections themselves take very little time; the visit is not rushed to match them.

Follow-up
A check-in roughly two weeks later, once everything has settled, so that anything worth adjusting can be adjusted.
Commonly treated
Treatment is with injectable neuromodulators. The areas below are the ones people ask about most often — whether any of them is right for you is settled at consultation, not in advance and not on a website.

Before anything
These are prescription medical treatments. They carry real contraindications and real side effects, and a physician will go through both with you before anything is scheduled — properly, and not as a signature collected at the door.
Afterwards, if something does not look or feel the way you expected, you contact the physician who treated you. Not a call center, and not a form.
